The Columbia River Gorge is a-MAZING! It's hard to believe such beauty just happens naturally anywhere on this planet! It is waterfall after waterfall within steps of the highway. And others anywhere from a mile to a several mile walk from the road. There are probably 15 to 20 beautiful waterfalls that make up this famous Gorge. The hikes we did to Punchbowl and Tunnel Falls, and the Oneonta Gorge are also part of the Columbia River Gorge. We didn't go to all of them but I sure wish we could have stayed a month and done that. Here are just a couple of the ones we stopped off to see.
